  1. Stock 1, a doctor sight, joe has a design he had approved by a be powers that be at USPSA so I went with that. I despise chrome so yes I would change the finish lol. Here is a pic with just the red dot cut.
  2. mine is at PD getting the additional cuts done to the slide right now, I originally only had it cut for the red dot because he had not received a ruling on the other cuts from USPSA at the time. Now that they are approved I figured I would get them.
  3. That looks very similar to the Lim Pro that is being imported and will be here late spring I believe. @PatriotDefense will be stocking them.
  4. Yes there are some regular small frame options in the pipeline to be imported, but at this point Im not sure that which models have been finalized.
  5. Im hoping now that the whole production list thing is not up in the air any more that they will become more popular.
  6. I know there was some concern as to the status of the Stock 1 for the production list, I spoke with Justin at IFG and he was informed from someone at Tanfo Italy that the Stock 1 is now officially on the Production list.
  7. Not quite yet hopefully we will have some more details in a few months.
  8. I know Mateo said something about adding a lightened guiderod possibly to bring the weight down some. As for the finish it’s fine, this is the only one in the country and has been to several shows to include SHOT, the number of people that have had their hands on it and set it on tables etc is very high.
  9. I was able to get it on a scale finally and here is the result. I believe that the weight req for idpa is 43 oz correct? Well this one weighed 1216 gram which by my calculations is 42.89 oz. so it is very close to the limit but still under.
  10. Why do they need to be chromed or just a preference?
  11. While I am not allowed to specifically say exactly what new models are being imported because it is not 100% finalized, I can tell you that in addition to the two new models revealed at SHOT they said that Atleast three more models will be imported this year, and there will be something to hopefully make most everyone happy. Atleast one of the models will be large frame possibly two, with the addition of another small frame. I will add more info when I’m allowed to and don’t forget if there are specific models you are hoping to have imported contact Tanfoglio directly and tell them you want IFG to import it. It is working so far and Mossimo and Mateo are getting the message.
  12. I might be able to arrange for the IFG Texas sales rep to take it with him on his next trip down there.
  13. They should arrive in the US late spring early summer at the latest. There is only one in the US right now and that's the one at shot. I am hoping to have time to borrow it and run it through its paces this week. Its obviously stock and will have to remain that way until more reach the US and I will send one to PD to completely work over. I am going to get weight, and trigger pull in both SA and DA measured, is there anything else yall are wanting as far as specs?
  14. I’m helping IFG with that, and expressing what everyone is saying they want, I know more models are coming later this year.
  15. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I talked to Justin from IFG-NA and he said: These are very dated skus from a distributor that uploads inventory feeds to Buds. These are 5 year old listings from the old IFG that was part of EAA.
  16. this is interesting, I will have to talk to Justin at IFG because I haven't heard of any of this. I am wondering if they mislabeled some EAA guns as IFG.
  17. It’s the factory grip that Tanfoglio is putting on these, I’ve never seen it on other models so I’m guessing it’s new.
  18. Here is a picture from @PatriotDefense from SHOT Show of the new Small Frame Lim Pro that IFG is importing. Says it will be available late spring/early summer.
  19. It does and that’s what I was thinking as well
  20. It very well could have been grips with the width side to side, and front to back could be the finger grooves. One of you with a stock 2 or 3 should take measurements of yours.
  21. Very nice he hadn’t heard back on the grip surface yet when he did mine, guess I’ll send it back now lol
