  1. I just made the swap to a floatin trigger pin, and now it seems it's doing just that, floating. The damn thing walks toward the left side of the pistol and I have to push it in every 100 rounds or so. I'm I unique in this problem? If you've ran into this please let me know, I'm looking for solutions. If I don't hear anything here then I'm calling Cajun on Monday and im sure they will help out.
  2. Affirmative on the WAC (Wyoming Antelope Club). Tuesday's and Friday nights at 630 are USPSA matches. I've never seen anyone chrono there, but I'm sure an RO would help you out after a match. I shoot there every Tuesday night and it's a great group of guys. You may also try Manatee gun range. It's in Manatee, they have ranges out to 1000 yards and the staff is real friendly. I've seen people shoot clays on the pistol range and multiple targets, so I imagine they would have no issues with a chrono.
  3. I disagree. In my opinion, the 550 is a much better press for loading rifle ammo. Also, the 550 is simple. Hell, the 550 is Dillons best selling press for a reason. I have a 550 and a 650. I load all my pistol on the 650, but the 550 is for my rifle ammo. I think we are saying the same thing here, maybe I just wasn't clear. The 550B is fine to load rifle on.
  4. I think most people will say that you are good to go with a progressive press for target rifle ammunition. The big push between the Dillon Square Deal B and the 550B is the fact that you can reload rifle on the 550B. If nobody reloaded rifle cartridges on a progressive then I don't think te 550B would exist.
  5. I broke an IMT right at the ledge with a 130PF load. I'll seperate everything with a step out from now on. 4.3gr of HP-38, under a 124gr bullet
  6. I just had this happen to me with IMT brass at a much lower PF. I'm shooting 124gn bullets over 4.25gn of HP-38. I was picking up my casings and sure enough I had one split right in half. I'll insure I start separating those out. I didn't think at 130ish PF that this would be an issue, but it is.
  7. I called guns galore in Lakeland, FL. They are charging $29/lbs for Tite Group and $40 for a brick of SPP. I'll pass at that price.
