  1. Not the same bullet you are asking about. I cast my own 40 cal bullets. I use an RCBS RNFP 180 grain mold. My bullets weigh 188 grains and I load them with 4.6 grains N320 with OAL of 1.180".
  2. Can you please add me to the race for B class. I will be shooting limited. A-92354 Thanks
  3. I shot Bullseye powder for years out of my 45 with lead and plated 230 grain RN bullets. Unfortunately I cannot locate my old data since I moved a couple years ago. I can tell you I was very happy with it and if my memory is right it made PF easily. I do remember trying Unique and it performed no were near as good as Bullseye. Currently I use WST with a 200 grain lead semi wadcutter bullet. My particular load is 4.5 grains of WST with a CCI large pistol primer in mixed head stamps. It's clean and very accurate and just makes 168 PF on a warm day out of my M&P. When powder was as elusive to find as an honest politician a friend recommended WST and I have since stayed with it and have been very happy. WST is also an outstanding performer in 40 S&W so it's makes my decision to stay with it easy. I believe for your bullet choice I would go with Bullseye first. Best of luck!
  4. I have a RIA 22TCM/9mm I used it in Limited minor until my custom Limited 40 was built. I did change the front sight, put a Dawson on. I put just over 5,000 rounds 9 mm through it last year with no problems. Like N3WWN posted mine hated any flat point or hollow point bullets. As long as I shot round nose bullets it preformed flawless. I would not hesitate to buy another RIA.
  5. I have been testing WST in my custom 2011 40. The load I have settled on so far is: 4.5 grains WST 188 grain cast RCBS RNFP bullet (my own cast) Hi Tek coating CCI SP Pistol Primer Mixed head stamps brass 1.180 OAL 933 avg velocity ES 19 SD 6.0 PF 175 Soft shooting and accurate

    Wsf?

For me accuracy was much better. My groups were 1/3 the size with WST when compared to WSF. Recoil felt much better with WST also. I have not tried WSF with other bullet combinations. I have enough WST to last quiet awhile. At this point I will focus on practicing instead of load development.

    Wsf?

I tried. WSF in my 40 limited. Accuracy was ok, made made major PF easily. I found WST much better powder for me.
  8. I use the prefabricated LED lights on my Pro 2000. works great and really lights up press making it easier to see whats happening.
  9. I checked all of my bullet feed dies and all of them have between 1/32 and a 1/16 of an inch from the bottom lip and collet. These bullet feed dies can be finicky and none of them acted the same. What I did to set mine was load the die with bullets (no tubes) turned the adjustment of the die until the collet was just tight and backed off a half turn and see if it would drop a bullet. I would keep loosening the adjustments a quarter turn until it would drop bullets and tweak with minor adjustments until I was satisfied with the reliability.
  10. I use them. For me they work very well even with my coated bullets. I load them up before I start loading just as I do with primers. They do increase my load rate some where between 30 & 40%. I use them on a RCBS Pro 2000 so I don't have a case feeder and allows me to focus on powder drop and putting my brass into the shell plate.
  11. Hello all! New to this forum. I was turned onto this forum by another member. It looks like a great forum I can learn from. I love all kinds of shooting and have been along time rifle shooter and competitor. Now I want to start shooting some pistol matches. Looks like this forum will be a great place to learn from.
