  1. Steve: I do not have the connector you need but I do have a bladetech version of what you have (drop leg AR mag pouches) which I am putting in the truck if you want to use it. If you need it my cell is 478-396-6802 and I will likely be at Chief Lee's Thursday evening. Charles Bond Thank you Charles!!! I will borrow it provided I can't find it here at home. Tearing my place apart frantically looking. Tried to call the cell, but guess it showed as blocked caller or some such nonsense and you didn't answer. Steve
  2. Ok folks, I am trying to get packed here and am missing my T-Rig connector, the one that attaches to the belt to attach the 3 gun gear AR mag pouches to. If anyone happens to have an extra that hasn't left yet or even someone there I would buy it or borrow it if possible! I will be there Thursday at registration and would greatly appreciate any help!!! I am still digging in this mess here, so hopefully I find it attached to the inner belt, I do have an inner CR Speed belt extra, so only need the T hanger. Thanks, Steve
  3. 18 hours till launch time here! Can't wait to get on the road and get there. Everyone on the range today/tomorrow have a Safe day and a great time! See you in about 26 hours! Steve
  4. Bryan, You planning on breaking down that close do ya? We will be driving down I65 around your area at around, oh, guessing 3am or so! Probably won't see you on the side of the road at that hour in the pitch black. Light a flare and maybe we will know it's you and stop. At least your guns would make it, unless you want to ride on the luggage rack? You truck will do fine! See you there hopefully. Shooting on lucky squad number 13! Weeeeeeeeeee Steve
  5. Bryan, You will be fine entering on Thursday. We have done it the last 4 years with no issues at all. Steve
  6. Just sent you an email Linda. The guy in question was in my request.
  7. Get well soon Jim! Hate to hear anybody dropping out of this match, especially for family health reasons! Steve
  8. Same here Jim! Probably head out around 0200 or so on Thursday . Can't wait to see everybody again and meet some new folks as well. Steve
  9. Yeah, all of mine will do this at 25 yards too. Seriously though, I have 3 Noveske barrels, a 14.5, a 16.1, and an 18, and all of them are freaks when it comes to accuracy. I bet if you totally tie the gun down, you will see it even tighter, but who has time for that. You do!
  10. I can't remember ever knowing who I was squadded with until I registered. Is this going to be a first, actually knowing who is on what squad ahead of time?
  11. Jim, Are you saying you use the same 24.1gr of 2230 under all 3 weight bullets? How close are your groups with each different bullets compared to each other? I use the same powder, but am a tad lighter in charge under the 69's, wondering if maybe a bump up, after Benning of course, could help things out? I plan on using 62s at times as well since I have a few thousand lying here begging to be loaded up. How fast are they moving for the different bullets as well? I am using a 1 in 8 twist barrel, 20". Thanks, Steve
  12. So Rich isn't making the match now? Was looking forward to meeting him in a couple of weeks... Have a great weekend anyway! Steve
  13. Stop whining ya big sissy! You will start the drive at the same time we do, only you will get home about 3 hours later! Well, maybe not at the exact same time, my finish spot is usually closer to the bottom than yours will be, so WE have to wait a little longer to leave.
  14. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Good one Mike!!! Steve I don't see anything in the COF that says that its a swinging bridge. It may be that it is a very stable platform for offhand shooting......with big easy to see targets freshly painted in brown and gray.
  15. Your match? No, am going to the range in the morning to get zero checked and do some shooting out to 4-500 yds for you know where in a couple weeks! ;-) I gotta work Sunday night and won't be shooting much of anything unless maybe it's on a saturday, which isn't likely for what we do locally.
  16. Hmmmm, allen head bolts I can pick up for free from work. Didn't know the size till I just read it on the paperwork and won't be back at work till Sunday night, ahhhhhhh but there is a place here in town I can pick 1 up in the morning. Did you need to use a washer with it or does yours also have the plastic inserts in the bolt holes ?
  17. Hmmmmmmmmm, the one that is longer is ONLY .002 longer, which I doubt will make all that much difference in it's grabbing threads any better than the .333" screws also in the bag. Guess I will pick up few at Lowes that are 1/2" long but stainless. At least the pad will be on and who is gonna see the screw anyway?
  18. LOL Daniel, Reasonable to who from a moving bridge? Any idea on the Larue slug target distances? Oh joy, a shotgun speed shoot stage!!! Practice loading when.....Guess it starts tomorrow if/when I can squeeze it into an already hectic schedule. Don't get me wrong, this IS the match of the year imho! Keep up the great works guys/girls! See you in a couple weeks.
  19. Thanks scooter, but I doubt it will pull through. There appears to be a plastic washer/insert in there to prevent pulling through.
  20. Retail price list from that site... Prices $2520 for the illuminated and $1650 for the non? Is the illum made of gold for $600 more?
  21. Anybody else have an issue with installing the rubber butt pad on an ACE skeleton stock? I installed the stock fine, but when I tried to put in that little short screw in the bottom hole of the pad to secure it to the stock, it seems the screw is at least 1/4" too short. Not sure if I need the pad or not, but if I do I want to be able to secure it to the stock. Thanks, Steve
