  1. I didn't know you could assemble a glock the wrong way... What's was wrong?
  2. A BIG THANKS TO TTI They addressed and resolved the issue... Lower Front Sight! (0.220") Original was 0.230" I will post update, pics as soon as I get the new sight!
  3. Damn it... I followed your advice... but I got Yards and Feets confused... The target became confettis...
  4. Stipple... I don't know every minute change in the frame can affect my grip... I just don't know if I am gonna like it! I probably will encounter someone with the TTI Glock, hopefully they will let me touch it lol, but then again isn't all stipple job kinda unique?
  5. Got the ZEV magwell, people at the shop and on Glockworks site mentioned it not compatible with the Gen 4 backstrap. The guy at the store told me to cut the backstrap and glue it up =( Got home and found out that he sold me the Gen 1-3 kit, the brass plug doesn't fit the Gen 4 BUT after playing with the magwell a bit it turns out that with a bit of wiggling the magwell would friction fit and lock with medium backstrap on! So technically I should be able to install this with no mod given that I use the right Gen 4 Plug right? PS: the gouge is to accommodate the TTI Extended BP
  6. Yes I am very confident on my trigger control skills... I hit 1" shot n see dots square dead on at 21 ft consistently so its not trigger control. Poor trigger control would mean I am all over the place right? Yes I am using quality ammo. If I level the edges of both front and rear sight I hit about 1" - 1.5" low... still dead center and I can maintain a 1.5" group no problem at 21ft If the target was at 25 yard I would probably use a bench rest... but not at 21 ft
  7. Recently got those sights on... I really like them BUT This is the sight picture I need in order to hit dead on, the red fiber dot is split 50/50 with the rear sight and the front sight's edge is slightly higher then the rear sight's edge, see picture. With that the bullet lands exactly where the fiber is pointing at, at 21 ft. Kinda bugs be that the rear and front aren't lined up...
  8. UPDATE! New pistol, it was a PITA to remove the RMR from the MP each time (Wanna shoot Tac Op) So got the G34 Gen 4! - TTI Sights - Zev Magwell - TTI +6 Baseplate
  9. The handle to change power looks different Check PA website for yourself
  10. SOLVED! Yea it was the stupid extended slide stop... Who sales OEM ones?
  11. First and foremost for a competition shooter is that it is much slower than using the slide stop. Second is that you are more likely to introduce a malfunction. It's easy to follow the slide forward with your hand which reduces the force that your recoil spring uses to chamber the next round. For speed and consistency the slide stop works better every time. Ahhh Yes, I come from the non competition world, what you said makes sense. As far as a defective slide stop spring... I don't know right now i swapped it with the one from my G19 we will see how it goes today. I personally don't see the benefit of an extended one =)
  12. Sounds great guys! I will try that, I think I will stick around this forum for a while... No one went... Oh you must be limp wristing!
  13. GREAT! I am glad! So this should work! I was so concerned that maybe the most important upgrade made to this gun that was causing this malfunction! The slide back plate!
  14. OHHHH Maybe! Here are some pics. Ammo used: Win white box and Federal both 115gr.
  15. Man... I just got this brand new G34 Gen4... owned multiple multiple other firearms, Glocks included but this one is doing this... Help http://youtu.be/JwvXodu0zns
  16. Here is mine! Shooting it tomorrow! it's serial number is 400/400
  17. Oh I am getting you guys stuff alright!Only thing is you guys stop doing that bolt exchange program! I got all I could get from TTI By the way I am not sure what the springs pak is for... Could you guys elaborate some more lol And when are you guys bringing the bolt exchange program back, and can we get other finish then gody gold? Thanks!!! For some reason, I never got the notification for this post. In the pack we have the reduced-power buffer spring that allows for quicker cycles and faster followup shots, and still cycles full power ammo, the reduced-power hammer spring that you can just drop in to reduce trigger-pull weight while still being reliable enough to not induce light-strikes, and a pack of the C-clips ( Benelli calls them D clips ) that attach on to your trigger group. It's really easy for those c-clips to get lost, so we just throw in a 5 pack for replacements. The bolt exchange program because so hectic that we decided to halt on it until we could produce our own bolt. The problem is that it gets incredibly hard to figure out whose bolt is whose when there's multiples coming in and out at the same time. We're planning on making an aftermarket bolt ( like our aftermarket carrier and such ), that you can just replace your current bolt with. I noticed you didn't say you have the extended carrier; are you just using stock right now? As far as ionbonding anything but flat dark earth: It's not something we currently have in the works for the future, but I'm sure I can convince Taran to offer multiple colors when we put our aftermarket bolt into production. I actually was wondering about that reduced power buffer spring... Since its a weaker spring will the felt recoil increase for full power loads? And since you guys have no one else bolt, if I send mine in... mine would be technically the only one you got! As far as the extended handle I got one from NC. Beside cosmetics why would one want to do the bolt mods? THANKS
