  1. I would use one lead to be safe, plus j don't remember them saying anything about buckshot in the email I got for the southern regional
  2. If they are having it where I believe most of the stages will be you'll have to use your cart
  3. They sent me one to use and I love it, its accurate (way more than I am) soft shooter, this will be my go to barrel. It balances out well the weight isn't a lot, I've handled heavier and lighter barrels this one is right in the middle for me, I can sling it target to target fast and easy and the intermediate gas is nice (ships with non adjustable gas block and gas tube)
  4. +1 for strong side tactical stretch 16 love mine smooth shooter with the intermediate gas and really accurate, it shrunk my groups by 2 from my old barrel, and I'm not a great group shooter so that's saying something
  5. My right to left is pretty decent (just a little to the right actually could be me though) but it hits 6-8" low at 50 yards with every slug I use no matter brand or velocity
  6. Just hoping to get in at Alabama...love shooting matches close to home
  7. Birmingham, Alabama alright just 2 1/2 hours away with family there to so no hotel expenses! Now I just gotta hope to be quick enough and I can get vacation days from work scheduled in
  8. Planning on attending this one...my first all shotgun match, should be interesting
  9. You can use their silent captured spring in a carbine receiver extension, it also comes with a spacer to run it in a rifle length extension also
  10. Got friends who run them in theirs..hell two of his sponsored shooter are good friends of mine. They shoot 2011s though
  11. Got friends who run them in theirs..hell two of his sponsored shooter are good friends of mine. They shoot 2011s though
  12. 2vetsarms makes a beautiful sidecharger go check them out and they are smooth as glass shooting rifles ran by a awesome hunsbad/wife duo
  13. No it wasn't a Colt. Honestly I prefer not to say because I know the owner and I consider him a friend and I know he doesn't actually do the mill work. With a regular trigger the lower is fine it just want exactly to par with a tight fitting drop in. I know many of their other lowers sport drop in triggers but one slipped by QC on how deep the trigger area is the holes would still line up if it just went in all the way
  14. There problem solved new billet from MidWest Industries. Trigger dropped right in
  15. I called PACT the company that sells Ar Gold and the told me to take a file and go very slowly to the back of the trigger housing till it fit bc my lower is out of spec
  16. I have JP pins but I'm trying to use the ones AR gold sent lol but I'm not even getting to that point to put them in lol. I'm waraid my lower is out of spec.
  17. Here is where the holes aren't lining up no matter what I try they won't and you can see where the front bottom if hammer is rubbing
  18. I finally bit the bullet so to speak and dropped the money on an AR Gold trigger. I got it in the mail earlier today went to go drop it in my lower and can not get the holes to line up to pop the pins in at all, and the front lower part of the hammer (where it pivots at) seriously rub inside my lower. Is my lower just that bad out of spec or what because this is very disheartening :-/ anyways thanks for your help. O yea my lower is not a colt large pin its a small pin with a key hole forge mark
  19. Shenanigans it was a S&W Governer... You can switch to 45acp when your done shooting bird
  20. Good deal really wanting one, and plus my factory one seems to rust every time I look at it getting kinda tired of constantly cleaning it off and re-oiling it haha
  21. Has anyone got any feed back with how the TTI bolt handle versa max work good together or is it too heavy?
