  1. The designer of this classifier occasionally shoots at the club I shoot at, and was there for a match where we had it set up. He specifically said it was never his intent to specify order on the second string, regardless of how it may read.
  2. I gave my 75b a once over with parts from CGW - the hammer kit 3, type 2 disconnector, and the short reset system. I now feel two distinct resets on the trigger. The first reset I feel only resets the sear - if I pull the trigger at this point, the hammer will fall but the firing pin block will not move, so no firing pin strike on the primer. The second reset is the full reset and after that one the gun functions normally. I'm thinking I'm going to have to remove some material from somewhere, likely either the trigger bar or the lifter, however when I look at the bottom of the sear cage the engagement surface for the sear is further forward than the engagement surface for the lifter, so it seems to me like the lifter should reset before the sear. I've tried looking into the gun with the slide off to see what's going on in there, but I've not been able to get a good angle that I can see with, and the frame's to narrow to get a mirror in there for a better angle. I'm hesitant to start removing material without seeing exactly what's going on. Any ideas on what to do to fix this? (I don't have any pictures available right now, I can try to get some later when I get home.)
  3. Just simplify the rules. Just look at the rules list for each division, that should be enough to say production needs to be simplified. Something along the lines of striker fired or DA/SA, fits in the box, no comp/ports, magwell, or optics, and all scoring is minor should suffice to keep the spirit of production while simplifying the rules. Will it be gamed? Yes. Is it already gamed? Yes. Will it make things clearer and allow for things that should be legal but are not? Yes. Is there something I'm overlooking that will invoke the law of unintended consequences? Probably.
  4. Are these available with roman numerals for the numbering?
