My gen II mags for 10mm will fit 10. they're made for nine. not able to load them in the gun with the slide forward easily.

I ran our 2008 sectional here in New Mexico. I didn't have a prize table. I spent the money on really well made hardwood plaques. everyone had fun, enjoyed the stages, had a good lunch. Entry fee was reasonable at 85$. I've been to matches that cost 130$+ and don't even get a free lunch...
Put the money into the stages, food, and the awards. the shooters will come again if they like the match.

It seemed their chrono was running consistently 3-4 pf under most shooters ammo. I had shot the same load as nats and had chronoed and weighed several of my bullets prior to nats and A2. i was running consistently 173PF. at A2 i was 170.

Anyone find a pullover at the Area II. single stack nationals pullover, nylon size 2x. with single stack logo on left chest. let me know. I probably left it on bay 10 or 11.

the track was getting wetter and wetter the last 2 laps. the amount of water on the last set of corners was too much for Glocks slicks. congrats to LH

Glad you all enjoyed it. Not bad for a 1st big match for our club. Next year I'll add more stages and make some other adjustments.

We're up to 96 shooters.. plus more to sign up match day. get there early saturday to sign up...Like 6:30am. Better yet sign up friday at the range. I can only take up to about 105, otherwise squadding is gonna be a problem.

I am curious too. It looks like my weekend (and one of my shooting buddies) will be open to attend the match, but I am not sure whether it's filled yet. Is it too late to send the request in? Thanks!

Just mailed two apps from Phoenix yesterday. Have gun will travel. Whats the temp like in Oct?
Should be nice and mild. mid 80's during the day. low 60's in the am. Sunny of course.

there a 3 hotels near the I-10 on the west side of town. Drury Inn, Springfield suites by marriott, and comfort inn.

from these hotels, just hop on I-10 west, go up the mesa, past the fairgrounds, to corallitos exit (exit 127)..take a right, hit the gravel road, head torward the tan building on your left and you are good to go.
Check in will be that friday 1-6pm at the Main shed, first building after the gate and cattleguard. check in early sat. as well. try to get it done friday, If i have to i'll extend the friday checkin at the range.
shooters meeting saturday at 7:30, and start shooting at 8am.
I've got about 55 shooters signed up so far, received 4 entries today and had a lot of calls over the weekend. I will have that match open until the shooters meeting for sign up...but please get it done early.

If i treated my patients like that i'd be sued on a daily basis.
