  1. I'm building OPEN, After picking shooters brains, the advise shooter have said is to build it on 24" but they are on back order? so I couldnt wait and got a JM 22' and buying the +8 nordic tube set.Done deal! this will give me on the start up of 8+1 then on the buzzer, load 1 tube that gives me 13! perfect for open! Shooters have said that 24' has less recoil than the 22'? I have shot both in M2 benelli and couldnt tell the difference except the bruise I get on my shoulder after I shoot the damn thing:D...is tec loader the only one that can be install as speedloader? i saw a DMW aluminum bracket as speed loader, has anyone put this on their 930?

  2. You could just buy the Mossberg Rhythm for open. It comes from the factory with a 28" tube and 13 or 14 round capacity. Blue furniture also. I think it looks pretty sweet.

thanks, anyone know where I can buy the mossberg 930 Rhythm?
  3. Thinkin for open set up, how do I make 24" JM pro 13 shot?is the barrel already ported? where do i buy the magazine tube?

also what speed loader will it take? benelli m2 or remington? little help pls.

  4. Was diagnosed with this couple of months back, has not settled out yet and doc wants me to consider laser

tratment but could damage the left eye. This sucks coz my left eye is farsighted. blurred and I cant see ?#$3 at night.

It definitely slowed down my shooting specially at World Shoot..but wanted to just go with it. Hope this settles

out soon if ever? im considering not to go with laser treatment if it damamges my eye even more. Aanyone else has this?

  5. I noticed after I shoot now that my thumb gets swollen after I shoot on the left hand. Specifically on the first joint NOT at the base. When I shot the World Shoot, I remember both thumbs hurt shooting in a five day format.

I dont know what is causing it. After laying low in about 4 months, I was glad I shot again

but dismayed that my thumb is hurting again. Any thoughs?

  6. Benelli has an out of the box 3g shotgun.

Mossberg has the 500 model conversion from home defense, tactical to turkey stocks all

with quick release interchangable stocks and barrel.

springfield has the thinest carry small .45 and scarry accurate! XDS model.

Accuracy international has some preety agressive design on the old stock.

Glock has the gen 4 that has an interchangable back grip, double side mag button with double spring recoil spring system.

check it out on youtube guys!!

  7. I have tried SPS mag tubes and they suck!! spent many days and hours tuning, put spacers

and adjust the feed lips and they just wont work reliably..ditch it and get STI mags with metal joey spacers

in them. They will run like energizer bunny!! it keeps going..and going... and going!!

  8. Was working on the table when the crossfeed just suddenly spun around freeley after crancking the crossfeed handle.

I guess the leadnut came out or split in 2pc? Anyways, time to replace this and refurbish the table movement!

Just wanted to check out here if anyone had replaced the feed nut brass for(X and Y) longtitude

and crossfeed on a bridgeport. I have the J head and the backlash when I got it is just way too much movement

on the table.Well, the nut finally gave in. I have read on the internet and ebay that there are original 1pc feed nut or the

2pc feed nut/ Can someone elaborate about the 2pc feed nut? Which one is better and if any modification?

So far I have used my small dolly I bought from Harbor Freight to place the handle crank on it so that it doesnt spin and I took the 19mm

wrench to loosen the nut to take apart crossfeed handle. I also took 2 steel ammo box, laid it flat and place it under the dolly so that it can reach

the handle on the left side of the table. After taking everthing apart, you must take off the halfmoon key so that the lead screw

of the table can come out from the right side. I have pushed the table to the left as this will clear the dogbone casting where the brass

leadscrews must be replaced. The gib needs to be moved allthe way to the front to get it out. Now time to clean and grease everything!

    Many thanks.

  9. Why do you need a VFD? For gunsmithing I don't see the need, a whole lot has been done on the old pulley machines.

VFD will power up you Mill without a rotary phase coverter, not to mention

you will have variable speed by pushing a button? Rotary phase cost at least $500+

VFD will cost less than $110 shipped.
