  1. I have a bunch of G-Code gear. Their holsters and mag pouches are great.

They are made from thick kydex and have a good range of retention adjustment.

I like the RTI system. It lets me easily move holsters between my different belt setups and their paddle mount.

You can find some great deals on accessories and mag pouches here. Most of the popular holsters are gone now.http://www.natchezss.com/brand.cfm?brand=EY&outOfStock=0&orderBy=&startRow=1

Thank you for the reply. Are you running the OSH system for your handgun?

  2. So I'm curious what you folks use to clean your LRP07s? Is there one go to bore guide or kit for this semi-auto platform? I was looking at the JP one but 45$ seems steep. Let me know what you folks use.

cheapaskate GI! you live in Calaprunia, which ain't cheap; ;you shoot a JP which ain't cheap! why you go cheap now? JP knows what they are doing. go with their product; they must have a reason for building the one they sell.

Fair enough. I'll use the opticsplanet discount to get it.

  3. G35 is what I went with, so that I can shoot limited major for uspsa. I've got a conversion barrel on the way so I can shoot 9mm for steel/3 gun. Basically it's like having two guns for the price of one.

Another option is to load some .40 minor loads. Tuned right with the right Minor PF loads, a .40 can shoot softer than a 9mm IMO. 9mm ammo is cheaper though

Would you recommend starting with a 165gr to make a soft shooting .40 load?

  4. Not to throw this thread off topic but do most people use a different holster for their 34 in IDPA and USPSA? I have a bladetech for IDPA right now but I was just seeing if there was anything else out there worth looking at.

  5. I have a .245 warren sight on mine and I'm impacting low. I think I need to get a .225 or .235 if I'm 2'' low at around 25 feet.

IIRC, the 245 is supposed to work best with the 34/35. 215 for the others, however, I run a 215 on my 34 and it's just fine. Probably just compensated for any differences over time. Wasn't until well after I had been using them that I found the 245 was for the 34/35. Can't remember what site I saw that on, maybe CPWSA.

Are you POI/POA with the .215? I pretty much have to line up the rear notch to the bottom of the red bead of the front sight to hit on impact.

Use a 2" hole saw and drill plugs in a 1/4" thick hardwood. Drop 1/2" hex head bolt in center hole and mark head shape. Take an Exact o knife and cut out shape for press on fit. Paint knob, file notch in top edge, mark notch with white crayon, and press on to powder measure adjustment bolt. Print labels on self stick blank and apply.

  7. So do you believe that the barrel is not an accurate barrel and it was a receiver problem? I have a nordic barrelwith a vltor receiver and I have been very satisfied with it.

I'd say the first receiver I had it in was not accurate with that barrel. The barrel itself is capable of really nice accuracy as shown after mounting it in a Seekins. I've heard other people have had really good luck with the first receiver I tried which is why I don't want to body bag them. Might be the lousy gunsmith (me) who put it together. Or just tolerances that did not work well with the two in combination. Whatever it was, I'm really happy with the combination now. I'm already looking for just the right barrel to put in the other Seekins receiver I have.

I've been hearing a lot of good praise about these Seekin receivers. I might have to give one a shot. Are the iRMT-3 only compatible with their handguards?
