That is when they did a rolling change in production. "Apex from what I understand did put in their .02¢ worth on the trigger to Smith. Part of the upgrade is the Pro series sear on the 2nd Gen's, you might save yourself some money and look into a 2nd Gen." this is what a local dealer told me. Unless someone can tell me different.

I am looking to buy a new (or at least manufactured after Dec. 12th 2012) M&P Pro 5 inch in 9mm. Anyone seen any not on gunbroker. It's not that common of a gun at Cabelas or Bass Pro (and it would probably be overpriced) I might just have to order one and get it shipped to my FFL. Thanks for your help!

I carry an m&p compact in .40 (but they are available in 9mm in a crossbreed supertuck holster. I also carry a Beretta Nano in a pocket holster or a Remora holster iwb. Hope this helps!

I am a fairly new member on here and my name is Bryan. I bought an AR10 upper on here last week. I'm not too much into the competition shooting yet. I will be attending a match later this summer and might actually shoot a production gun in it. We will see. I love to learn and that's what I like about this forum.
