    Trigger reset issues.

Make sure your spring is in the grove in trigger bar and not on the side.
  2. I haven't run them thru a chrony yet, but I feel that they will be around a 130 PF. I will run them this weekend and post results.
  3. Gave BBI another try now that they are under new ownership. I am very impressed with the new owner and have never tried to contact him that I did not get in touch. I ordered bullets and had them in five days as promised. THE first order was ordered on a Friday and was delivered the following Wednesday. THE 147 grain bullets shoot extremely well out of my Glock 17. I am using 3.2 grains of VV N320 at 1.135. If you had a bad experience in the past with BBI, it may be in your benefit to give them a try. Chandler is a straight up guy and a pleasure to deal with.
  4. There is a IDPA match at Daleville Alabama on the 4th Sunday of every month. Google Tristate gun club for info and directions. Good bunch of people who make people feel welcome.
  5. I shot a glock gen 4 17 with Atlanta Arms subsonic Saturday at the Conyers GSSF match and it functioned flawlessly. I have been shooting a gen 4 35 and 23 about 10 months and have not had any problems as long as I stay above 140 power factor. I prefer the feel of the gen 4 frame.
  6. I had the Glock armorers take a look at both my Gen 4 35 and 23 while at the Gunny Challenge. They replaced both RSA'S and ejectors. Also told me to send my 35 slide in for replacement. You can have the Glock armorers look at your gun at any GSSF shoot and they will replace any worn or updated part usually free of charge.
  7. I have shot appr. 6000 rds through glock 35 gen 4 and 1500 through glock 23 gen 4. 90% of these were Montana Gold 165 TC. I load to 1.130 length and 140 Power Factor. If I drop any lower on the PF I get a short cycle that ejects the fired case and leaves the next round jammed at the top or sticking straight up in the ejection port. It appears that the slide comes back just enough to eject the fired case, but does not quite get behind the case and kind of rakes it out of the magazine leaving it jammed up.
  8. I currently own a Gen 4 35 and 23. Both guns have been flawless. I previously owned a Gen 3 34. My reason for switching was that the Gen 4 fits my hand better(I have small hands) and the frame with no additional backstraps feels best. My 34 also shot extremely left freestyle and from the bench. It also shot left for several avid Glock shooters. I don't have that problem with either Gen 4 model. I have read all the problems on the various forums and I don't doubt that they exist, but I have not witnessed any first hand. I have noticed that if you reload, that you can't download to as low a power factor with the Gen 4 as could be done with a Gen 3. Just my two cents,
  9. You have so many options with the 35 i.e L-10, Limited, and Steel isn't a problem with .40 loads, even minor pf. I have been shooting a 35 Gen 4 for the last six months and prefer it to the 34. I prefer the 40 minor to the 9. I shoot it in IDPA SSP and USPSA Production. My experience is that the 40 seems to not be as picky to reload for and gives you the option to shoot major for limited and limited 10. The cost of reloading is about $3.00/100 more than 9, but I guess if I can't afford the difference I probably can't afford to be shooting anyway. Just my opinion.
