Another option for a holster for your 22 is a leater belt holster. Dillon sells one and you can check out www.gunnersalley.com. Or if you went for a speed type, either the CR speed (which is what I use currently) or a Garica extreme (which I have one lying about) are good choices. I have three of the speedloader pouches from www.pistolpacking.com, and I do like them.

At least this will be a shorter ride on that Harley Tom.

Check the trigger guard against an N frame. They might be close enough to use the CRSpeed or Garica Extreme.

Back when I started shooting IPSC revovler, I was using a 4" 610-2. It was a sweet shooting gun and it used the same ammo as my limited gun. I ended up trading it for a 625-3, the guy I traded with wanted a gun for IDPA. I regreted than trade. The guy I traded with wanted to make some room in his safe and offered it back to me. The price was right so I took it back. Now I got the 610, moon clips and a holster. What more can I ask for!!

The Gaspari unit is the one I got. I do not think I will make use of it.

I have it installed in my 650 the best I could without instruction, but I can't seem to get it to work reliablity. When it does work, it just drops the bullet onto the brass. It does not seat it. Frankly, it's money I wished I didn't spend.

Randy, Any possiblity of doing a course in the Sunny Southeast? And have you talked to Dave?

I was shooting an XD tactical. It has the Dawson sights and the Canyon Creek trigger. The grip angle is like a 1911 so going from my limited and open guns was no big deal. I've since gone to a CZ SP01. The CZ has more weight and a better balance in my hand. I tried shooting a Glock 34 a few years back, but it didn't point well for me. If you aregoing to shoot Glocks in other divisions, go with a 17 or 34 (35 if you reload). If you shoot alot of 1911, you may want to try either the XD or the CZ. It all goes back to finding what you like and getting good with it.

It would be nice if the match had more revolver neutral stages. I guess that means that we have to send some stages to John.

It's not a good idea. It would cause fowling of the ports and comp.

The match was great and everyone made us feel welcome.(even the chrono guy). It was odd being in a squad of almost all revolvers, and I thought it was a novel concept to give kitchen knives and cooking oil to all competitors. Thanks to John and all the others that made the match possible.

I will also bring my video camera. Mine is a mini DV that I can plug into my laptop and burn off CD's or DVD's I thought about bringing the "Dan Cam" but it's too much of a hassle for a major match. My bags are packed, my moonclips loaded and checked. I can't wait to get there. The stages look fun (no low ports). I just hope that I am not the over Revo D at the match like at Area 6. I will be shooting my back up 625-3. My -8 had some issues at A6 so we will try the old reliable.

I have one, but I have not got it fully set up. It took him over a month and couple of phone calls to get the wrong unit delivered. He sent me the right unit after I sent he back the wrong one. Neither unit came with instructions on setup, so I'm having to guess if I got it right. He did not cash my check until he sent me the first unit. I will be giving it a workout later this summer when I start shooting lim-10 again.
