I called HQ and was told it will be soon but the person couldnt give me a date. This is really bad for those trying to plan on attending who hasnt secured a spot! Always checking the website as much as I can but they should, by this time, set up a date for when it should open!

Fwiw, I was in the same situation as you last year but instead of a CZ, I went with a Tanfo Elimited Limited instead of an STI Edge. I got a good deal on a used Edge from a buddy and gave it a shot. Stock edge ran with no issues at all! Stock mags, no issues at 6K rounds. I sold the Tanfo!

I believe Ibeji Heads makes 124 grain coated heads for Open guns as he made the alloy extra harder than usual. Contact the owner and he can answer your questions for you. Unless you/we change the officials at IPSC Headquarters by voting new ones,it seems they can do as they please. Its not like it hasnt happened in USPSA either! I'm really interested in this. At least up until the last two days he was in the lead by a nice margin. Jethro beats Nils on stages 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 19, 21, 24 Nils beat Jethro on 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 23, 25-30 Going into the last day, Nils was leading by 4 stages!

Jethro is a 2 time World Shoot champ and that commends respect but Nils is just HOT!! He is shooting lights out! I hope he keeps this up cause I think this will cause the rest of the Limited GM to train harder to take him off his pedestal. i dont agree because that is a front pocket! That entire pocket is towards his front and ends by the hip bone! But like I said, its not my call since I wasnt there but thats my opinion.

I understand that its not Nils fault but at the same time, if he does win and did know he wasnt suppose to, does he accept the win? I mean Im a fan of his but that may change the way I look at him. I mean, i wouldnt want to win that way! Ive met the most honorable people in this sport and i just dont find it right to do so. If he doesnt know but someone pointed it out, does he asked to be bumped to open then? What if he doesnt? Do you think hes still deserves to be the champ? I would feel like I robbed the true winner of a deserving win but thats just me.

Thanks! I appreciate the clarification! I mean, I want Nils to win to continue his winning streak but I just don't want it tainted. I saw a post from a competitor on the match in FB and he was upset that Nils didn't get a penalty when he grabbed the mag from his pocket. He was saying Nils should be bumped to Open which I find extreme. I don't see an advantage grabbing from the pocket. To me, it's slower!

When I attended IPSC Nats last year in Univ Academy, they checked my equipment at each stage! Ive never seen that before! They also marked how many mag pouches I had on! Thats why Im leaning that this rule is true and if it is, doesnt Nils get a penalty?! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
