My current cost to load a 1 ounce 12 gauge. Is $6.80. You have to buy everything in bulk. To get that price. I buy components at least a year in advance.
-
mix two parts corn to one part walnut.
-
Got a picture? Sounds like a mould line. If so defective bullets. Call them back.

unlike rifle pistol brass gets shorter as it is fired. /reloaded.

Mixed brass could be your problem as far as Chrono results. Now just look if you edit that 998 fps one. You actually have a fairly consistent load. That could be how you shot that one across the chronograph. When I work out a load I use sengle head stamp brass. Just so to not chase non existent problem. Then when satisfied re Chrono with mixed. With mixed brass you can get 50 +/- fps from high to low on average. On occasion more.

what shell plate and locator buttons are you using for each?

If you can not find data for a Remington unibody hull. You don't have a clue as to what you are trying to do.
I gave you a link to Hodgdon data. Use it. What powders can you find. Clays, clay Dot, American select, 700x, red dot, just to name few.
I could tell you 17.3 gr of clay Dot , claybuster wad cb1100-12, cheddite primer. But if you can not get clay Dot powder. What use is it.
Alliant has on line data also.

Now if you say what powders you can find / have then someone can help. I load shotgun shells for myself and five others to shoot skeet, sporting clays , trap and 3Gun. It's not like loading center fire ammo.

No vaccine at all.
They did give me molnupiravir .

No taste issues. But now have a constant noise in my ears.

win 231/HP38 powder has not changed.

The manufactured tolerance for the powder measures are different. They could be a complete opposite ends of tolerance. You will be better off adjusting powder drop.

Yes it's done all the time.

Have you watched the video from freelance? Ammo length is critical. It must be under 1.130.

My only question is the upgrade to a C having the threaded pins and grease point. Is that really a “need to have” feature?
Not needed. Dillon recently replaced my 550(pre B )frame after over 30 years of service. Two zerk fittings ,maybe a little easier to take apart to service.

one and the same. just like the EGW undersize die and Lee undersize die.
-
Go ahead and make your 3d printed plastic bracket. It may be a good idea. But I thank you will find other issues .Trying to use it.

AHI, that’s my picture . I’ve never installed the falesafe rod on my 650 or 1050. The springs just work. Dillon keeps extras in the drawers by the registers, cause they know they work.
It's actually a link to one of mutipul discussions. Yes I run the "old style" springs on all but one of my powder measures.(7)
