Does anyone else find it disconcerting that the RO, in a legal position, is in full view from the shooter's standpoint. In 25+ years of shooting USPSA, I cannot remember viewing a person in this position while shooting the COF. Could definitely
mess with the shooter's mind. IMHO

Used red for years, but have changed to green on my pistols. Seem to be able to pick up the sight better. Try it and see which works best.

I only reload and shoot 9mm, same load for Lim, Prod, PCC, and SS. Can't say that my placement within each is any different than when I shot major and at my age (74) I'm not in it to win it.

Heard tell of a fellow that traveled to South Africa for a World Shoot and was DQed gearing up at what he thought was a safety table.

Thanks guys, found one.

When I reached 70, I found that a green fiber optic front sight was much easier to find.

The few items I have gotten from them, mostly on sale, have been OK. The worst thing about them is the constant stream of emails. Guess I will have to close my account.

Thanks for the source, ordered.
Still looking for a mag release. Guncraft used to make one but they are out of production.

Need info on source for Para parts, especially grip panels and mag release for full size double stack. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I have had great success with a Dan Wesson Pointman 9 (Dawson 10 round mags). I shoot 124 HP but it'll eat whatever is around as well.
My experience as well. My DW Pointman 9 is backup to my Les Baer 9mm. Both use Dawson 10 round mags. Don't believe you can go wrong with a Dan Wesson as an out of the box comp gun. OAL at 1.145 which I use for all minor shooting, production and CO (Glock), PCC, Ltd minor (Para), and SS.

Try MBX

New to Para platform and looking for mag extensions to increase length to 140mm. Understand that Dawson is no longer offering their extensions. Options for 9mm mags?

Back when primers were scarce, they were the only ones I could get locally. I normally use Winchester and the Fiocchi were a direct replacement in my loads and thru my 550. The bonus was that you got (I believe) 1500 for the price of 1k. Now I can't find them locally, I would use them if I could. No problems I could see.

Plenty of competition on your side of the state.

Can't tell from the picture, but my orders from RMR come shipped with a lot more tape to secure the package. Some of the damage may be on the supplier for poor package prep.
-
Agree that either should be no problem. Some primer compounds are a different color depending on SSP or SSR, Winchester for example.

Ran a Lone Wolf conversion in my G35, no problems with the 40 ejector. Very accurate.

My Les Baer and Dan Wesson both like Dawson, neither cares for Wilson. It's up to the gun, may need to experiment.

Lots of good matches and people on your side of the state. Brighton, Romulus, and Shelby Township. Also try uspsa.org and the club finder for other USPSA matches. Most of these clubs also have IDPA matches.

Used 4.6gr at 1.145 OAL with 124 fmj in Production, SS minor, and PCC. 134-136 pf out of the pistols, around 145 pf out of the carbine. Clean and accurate, wish they still produced it.

What belt do you use?

25 year old Ernie Hill. Double layer leather with metal strip at right hand holster position. Very good every day wear and a great thru the loop competition belt. Don't know if it is still available. Maybe my best prize table pick.
