I thought everyone was using Donnie's http://hi-performancebulletcoatings.com?

Clays is a great powder for the .45.
I LOVE Donnie's bullets and have been using them from ALMOST the beginning.
One thing for me. I could not get a SWC to work well in my G21. The SWC would feed well in my single stack but the glock double stack was ALWAYS problematic. Used Donnie's RN and ran with no problems in ANY of my .45 (Glock, 1911, 2011)

I normally use Donnie's RN, and in the past I've used his 200 SWC in both my G21 and G41 using Solo 1000. That link shows an OAL of 1.225, I used 1.250 in the past with Solo 1000.

A fellow on Reloading Central, a Facebook group sent me here.
Looks like 3.4 to start.
-
A friend sold me some Clays, I have about about 400 200 gr. Bayou Bullets SWC on hand. What would be a good starting load and OAL for minor power in my G21?
-
The same question for my Gen 3 G30 SF.
-
When you order, ask for each can/jug to be the same lot number.
-
The G19 is more than enough gun for USPSA. I shoot a G30 SF, when I feel like it. My CO gun is a G19. YMMV

.22, 9MM, .45

See you soon Joe.

Indeed. Nobody is forcing anyone to shoot the match.
Nope. You can get a refund now if the lack of steel is a concern. This offer expires tomorrow.
So, we can get a refund AFTER we shoot the match? LOL!Interesting thread. I got complaints about TOO MUCH steel for BITB. Ricky always designs awesome stages, so I seriously doubt anybody will complain after they shoot them. If anybody is really concerned I can have our treasurer cut you a refund check.
Come on Kevin, Andy was joking.
See the LOL? "So, we can get a refund AFTER we shoot the match? LOL!"

I have BUIS on both of my CO guns. I look at the target and bring the red dot to it. Well, that's my plan, it's getting better.

That would be akin to shooting SS in a major match using a DOH...My email to my AD Rick Steele

Hello Rick, I know the Maximum of Carry Optics is 35 oz. with an empty mag.
So, my G19 is approximately 29 oz. with a RMR and a magazine.
So, can I add 5.5 oz of weight, for a total of 34.5 oz. and still shoot Carry Optics?
A.T.
His reply
Hi A.T.
Yes you can add weight to get to 35 oz. but it would have to be internal. If you look at the appendix, it was copied from the Production appendix with modifications for Carry optics. So with that being said, I can see a tungsten guide rod if you meet the weight requirement.
What a smart ass you are! :^) See you soon Buddy!

I had the same problem as "atbarr" hide & seek with the dot. Did not place very well at my first CO match.
It will get better.

FWI, the classifier I shot on the 6th was right in the percentages of my Production. But,..... I'm still playing hide and seek with the RMR.
-
They did an update on USPSA, I finally have a CO classifier.
-
A lot of great thoughts and ideas guys, making me think.
-
Not sure about the kitchen. :^)
-
I always figured this guy had the right idea -- tow the reloading room behind the RV!
That is sweet!
-
We we're thinking about a Toy Hauler, but it looks like they don't have an outside kitchen.
-
Maybe a 40' Class A Diesel Pusher, pulling my Jeep Cherokee.
-
And,.... with they be legal in a GSSF match. And not in Unlimited, it's hard to compete against a Comp and magwell.
-
Although I'd like to shoot a match in each state, the main reason is, we don't want to have to turn on our heat during the Winter months.

USPSA match this Sunday at BGSL 6 stages with classifier. Round count is 142 and the classifier is 09-07, It’s Not Brain Surgery. For some added fun, our theme will be The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. We will have some very cool start positions for you! Setup starts at 8:00am new shooter meeting 9:30 we go hot at 10:30.
Ricky Flynn is so very awesome because he is allowing this match to collect shoeboxes for Samaritan's Purse instead of collecting a match fee. I am always so grateful for the generosity of the shooting community. I honestly believe shooters are the best people in the history of ever.
The Shoebox gifts for Samaritan's Purse go to kids all over the world. The idea is to box up one shoebox for either a girl or a boy.
You can choose the age range and gender.
Please put a note on or in the box with gender and age.
Below are some suggestions for what to put in the boxes:
Soccer balls (deflated with a pump is best)
Short sleeved shirts plain with no writing
Small flashlight with batteries
Melamine plate, bowl and/or cup
Soap (bar) and soap container
Toothbrush in a holder
Pencils, erasers, colored pencils with sharpeners
Jump ropes
Band-Aids
Comb
Hair bands
Marbles
Harmonica
Sunglasses
Solar Calculator
Baby doll
Toy car/truck/airplane
Also, a shoebox that is plastic is perfect because they can then use that box for carrying water.
Looks forward to seeing you at the range!
