  5. I'm realy happy with P90x. I've lost about 30lb with just modifing my diet. I'm looking into look into Paleo. The nice thing about (For me) I can do it at home, I leave too far away from a gym. I've been running a mile on the treadmill every few night. I have doctors appointment to night, I've been able to get my BP done to a normal range. Hopefully she'll take me off the meds. What ever you do try to make it a fun challenge.
  6. I'm shooting a 6in 2011 limited gun. It has plain black Bomar style sights with FO front{I'm trying green}. I've been making some updates to it. So what are you using and why. Personally I've stayed away from the sight with FO thinking it might be to much. How ever I've open to try new things. Thanks

  12. I think the title say it all. Thanks
  13. I really like the P90x.I lost 10lb the first 4 and 3in off my gut. My plan is to loose some wieght gain some strength. Then figure out away to maintain it. My wife an I just started biking so that should help. I just started my 6th week I'm not following the diet I just couldn't do it, too much of a farm boy to eat some of that stuff. I cut back alot and quite all the crap(POP, candy that kind of stuff). I still drink a beer now then. The Yoga kicks my ass and I couldn't do a pull up to save my life. Bottom line is I feel alot better physically and mentally. Good luck just stick with it.
  14. Thanks for the, looks like I need to do more research.
  15. I'm thinkig of building my own open gun. I've built a single stack and 2011 limited gun so I figure I can do. The only thing, I'm really unsure of is comp installion. I haven't been able to come up with any information yet. If anybody's has a how to link, pictures, etc that would sure help. My other option is a STI short block. That limits the choice of barrel and comp. Thanks.
  16. DONE thier sending me one with the screw. Thanks
  17. I need the metal banned that goes arround the stock pin. I've got a set of grips with bottom screw I can't seem to find the adpter to screw into. Where can I get one? Thanks
  18. What do use? 40cal if that matters.
  19. I've been thinking about switching out the trigger on my STI to a flat trigger. What are the pros and cons? Thanks
  20. Here it is put together. Still need to finish it.
  21. I started with a 45. Foster recon with a Fusion slide Kart Ezfit. I'm working on a 40 now. Mostly all Fusion parts. The hardest part for me fitting the barrel. Slide to frame fit wasn't to bad. The 2011 frame and slide was harder. I use to do alot of long range shooting. I was planning on having a buddy build me long gun. Instead of sending him a check I would build 1911. It's like beer, you can't build just one.
  22. All 3 AGI DVD. I used them form building my 1911 and new 2011. Buy all 3 in package, if you just buy one you'll want the rest. It's cheaper to buy the set. GOOD LUCK
