I still have mine, but despite being replaced by a TS, I can't seem to get around to selling it..
-
I have no idea..
What's the metal plate screwed to the side of the gun for?
-
I made a set of grips from a Hogue wrap around finger groove set for a 75, I chopped and ground it into 2 grips, looked pretty good, too. Here's what they look like ...not my gun though.

Both 9mm and .40 non-rail models of the Match are IDPA legal in ESP. I have supersighted versions of both. You might not be able to use the rubber grips on them, though, as they add a good bit of weight. The 9 is heavier than the .40.
-
It's a fair deal, as long as you aren't hoping to upgrade the sights. The rear is unique and replacement parts are non-existent. I'd probably just buy a new 75SA instead.
-
The squared trigger guard was introduced on the 85, only later incorporated into the 75b frame design. the rear sight is also factory, but uncommon if it's the type I'm thinking of....

CZ TS springs?
in CZ
Same
CZ TS recoil & hammer/main springs. Are they the same springs used in the smaller framed CZ 75 models, or are they larger frame TS specific?

If you want a supersight on a new Witness Match, you'll end up spending @$200 + the price of the gun. I'm going to bet that the newer guns with the rail are too heavy for IDPA. My older 9mm Match makes weight, barely.

I use a Bladetech drop and offset because I don't like locks on holsters and it's very secure. I made my own mag pouches.
-
Because they are seriously ugly.
why not a Witness-P? You can get em cheap and they feel exactly the same (ergonomics) as the steel ones. I have 2 of them
-
.....just sell yours and buy a new Match .40, or Stock 2 or 3 in .40...if you have to have a .40.
If someone forced me to buy a polymer gun, it's be an STI GP6, they have great triggers..or wait for the CZ P-09 to roll out, but they are both 9mm.

Reed's USED to sell them....
You can sometimes find them on the auction sites.

The LPA Supersight that is stock on these tends to break after a while.
Brandon, What is that rear sight? It is rather unusual. Stock or somebody's aftermarket?
-
Tornado Tech can ....

Even if there is no velocity increase with the longer barrel, the extra barrel length might be handy if you wanted to suppress one. I just wish they'd make a stainless SP-01....
-
It's a small frame gun, just use the Mec-Gar 16 rounders for the eaa witness, or these OEM mags.
-
Watching F1 online is where it's at, even though the quality of the streams isn't that great sometimes, but no commercials on the SKY TV race coverage.
-
They are the same, but there is a difference between the standard 75b vs. the SA and SP-01

CZ 75 Magwell
in CZ
There isn't one, unless you can find it used.
-
What kind of competition? I own both..they each have their pluses.
-
With the introduction of the Mec-Gar 9mm large frame mags, I think the small frame 9mm vs large frame is now a moot point.
if these are small frame you guys are in luck.
I sure hope not

Just a pet peeve of mine, the kimber logo is the most sissified looking crap ever. I have an art background, and font styles are something I pay attention to. STI pistols look like crap, too, as far as their fonts on pistols, not to mention the MASSIVE SIZE of the billboard on the side. It's just dumb to add something like that since it has to cost more to do that especially for US bound pistols. I'm wondering how much more expensive they are going to try to price everything. It seems there are not many Stock 2s or Limited model out there for sale. I was about to sell my Limited, but may hold off to see what the new models are selling for....
OMG the Longslide in all calibers!!! BOOOIIINNNG !!
Jeez pivoproseem, don't you know that cursive is super classy??
-
They even have a Stock III featured. Too bad they felt compelled to put the stupid looking "Tanfoglio" in cursive on the guns. I hate cursive on guns, unless you are rocking an engraved over and under or a double rifle. Probably the same genius that thought of the "Witness"name.
