Nat stage distances?

I notice no distances are indicated on the stage diagrams, but most of the shots look pretty close. Should I eschew my 50 yard practice in favor of extra 5-15 yard practice, or are these stages longer than they look?

You can never tell from the stage descriptions. I have been to matches in Europe where they indicate the distance of the nearest/farthest target but not so much in USA.

You should know where you gun is sighted in at all distances and be prepared for anything, though I imagine most targets will be in the 0-20 meter range.

Work on your 5, 15 and 50 yard distances. You will be happy you did. Nats are notorious for some surprising distance shots.

In my experience 90% or more shots will be less than 20 yards, with most of those being in the 5-12 yard range. I wouldn't change what you're practicing based on those stage descriptions, it rarely looks what you thought it would.
