Chaz
Is anyone using a Limcat Mag Pouch on a CR Speed belt? I just received the Limcat today and there is NO WAY that it is going on my belt with out some serious "dremeling". It fits fine on my Safariland belt, maybe even needs some velcro! Should I forget it or start the Modification???
cpty1
You're correct. The two don't work together at all without some dremel work. Go for it. Just don't take too much material out and end up with a sloppy fit.
PistolJim
I used a bench vise in my garage to hold the belt and pulled like hell to get my limcat mag holders and limcat holster on my CR speed belt. It took me at least 45 minutes to get 4 mag holders and the holster on. One thing is for sure they ain't movin This method requires strength and balance ( just in case the belt slips ). I wrapped the belt with a towel and tightened the vise real tight. Of coarse the hardest part was getting the pouches on far enough to lock the the belt in the vise. One at a time. GOOD LUCK
blkbrd
Try using a fine wood file to open up the mag holders and holster just a bit at a time, then use a rat tail file to contour the holders and holster to fit over the outside ridges on the belt for a custom fit. worked great on mine.
