He said that I have to file an "intent to sell and ship" document with the California Department of Justice. kend Posted April 29, 2009 Share Posted April 29, 2009 We looked into this when they first dreamed up that nonsense and an individual does not have to do the same paperwork as an FFL when shipping to CA, you just have to find a CA dealer that will accept from an individual.
