AccuPoint 1.25-4x zeroing

Is there some special way to zero an AccuPoint with the pop up knobs? I'm likely going to be doing that for the first time on Thursday and I want to do it the right way.

Based on what I've read here, a 200 yd zero is workable to most distances, yes?

I mentioned on another thread that I'm experimenting with sighting 4" high at 100 yards. Works well with the triangle in the TR21. Just put the point of the triangle on the bottom of the plate from 75 to 225 or 250 yards (6 o'clock hold) and on the top edge of the plate at 300. Beyond 350 or so holdover is somewhat problematic with that reticle. Of course, it should work with any reticle.

I don't take credit for this sighting method. IIRC it was Scott (Busyhawk) who suggested it to me.
