h8dirt
I'm interested in your favorite load data for Laser Cast's 200 gr. LRN bullet. I'm thinking about 4.5 gr of VV310 with a crimp of about 0.470 -- the same as on the SWC. But, I'm not sure about OAL. It seems these should load a little longer. Thoughts? bofe954
I have had some issues with loading to recommended OAL's and making bullets that don't chamber. My new method for determining OAL is to set the barrel of the gun I am reloading for next to the press and make a dummy round pretty long, crimped very lightly and try and drop it in the chamber. If it doesn't chamber right I seat a little deeper and try again. When I hit something that works I set it a little deeper and load. If this is for a revo, then I guess it wouldn't matter.
