If you are good at reading directions, and follow the DVD exactly, its easy. Just don't try to skip any steps. Familiarity with the insides of an AR receiver a plus. Aside from not knowing the value of a file (the grinding stone didn't quite cut it until I was close) and installing the hammer spring upside down the second time, it was easy. One thing I never got answered was whether the disconnector can touch the hammer spur with the trigger released. JP said it was okay, so just worry about the disconnector timing for safety reasons. If you need to remove it, apply heat before trying to turn the screws or you will most likely destroy the allen cut. Trust me on this, I'm speaking from experience...
