paraman1 Posted January 1, 2009 Share Posted January 1, 2009 This holiday season just has not been Holly , Jolly or Happy for me . Due to the downturn in the economy I have been forced to leave home to work . I got a chacne just before Christmas and jumped on it . The money is good and the weather is way better than back home and the best part is I don't have to lose everything my Wife and I have worked so hard for over the last 15 years . The Bad news is that it is not Home , there are no Lovely daughters greeting me on my return home from a hard day at work and no warm and Loving wife to hold me tight at night . The Holidays have been just another day that I don't get paid for while I am away from home as I have nothing else to do other than work , eat and sleep .
