Beretta Lover
If a fella decided to buy a scope at the last minute (drop the hundreds) and zero it within weeks of Benning which one would he buy? Here's what I can't afford: Short Dot is out nightforce is out an Acog is a possibility I want something I can use to whack targets out to 600 Is there something that works consistently with hashmarks for hold over? kurtm
TA-11 will work great as long as you use 55 grn bullets at around 3200 to match the hold over lines, If you shoot heavies get the TA-11 calibrated for 308 Winchesrter and it will match 77s perfectly. bigbrowndog
My ACOG works great with 75gr Hornady ammo and the .308 calibrated reticle, the ammo gets 2600fps. With a 250yd zero, it matches the drop hash marks from 400 out to 600. this is firsthand fired shots info, not guessing, or measuring. psyops
Same price range as the ACOG; maybe look at the IOR Valdada 1.5X8. I freakin' love mine. Just a thought. Good luck. -Mike

Chris Conley
Mine works fine. But I have only shot it out to 400 yards. Chris C.
apriav
My IOR 1.1x4 works with 69gr SMKs at 2800 fps.....just purchased a IOR 1.5x8, haven't shot it yet. A friend has one and we shot yardage, his was on like my 1x4.
