movers and swingers

Can someone give me the basic technique for shooting movers and swingers?

I guess you can do 1 of 2 things. You can track the mover/swinger or you can hold a certain position and wait for the mover/swinger to appear in that location. I guess it all depends on the timing and how fast/slow the mover/swinger is. I tend to wait for them when shooting iron sights, but will track/follow them when shoothing with a dot in open. Treat them like any other target and call your shots on them, just don't double,triple tap and hope you get the hits.
