I had a long conversation with them that it is different from 38 super, but yes they use the same shell plate. Anyone loading 38 super comp on thier Hornady LNL AP? I'm not sure about Hornady, but on a Dillion you use a 223 shellplate if you are loading SUPERCOMP brass ONLY. Using the 223 shellplate will not allow 38 Super brass to slip through. IF you gun runs both SC and Super then it is no big deal. Again, Hornady may be different but worth checking.
