Rolex
Anyone have a new style ghost holster. I purchased one today and am wondering what the small black pin is there for = located on the top section of the rod that the outside of the holster rides up and down on. It just falls out and is connected to nothing that I can see.
z40acp
My Ghost holster has about a .125" hole in the shaft. No pin.
Rolex
Thanks for the feedback-just a very odd hole and pin- that falls out and appears to do nothing!
z40acp
Looked at my son's holster today and it has the pin in it. We got our holsters the same time from Ghost Products in Arizona. Maybe they could answer your question?
L9X25
I think the pin is supposed to be there to keep the hoslter part (containing a gun) from falling off if the set screws should become loose. It would slide down, but not fall off.
z40acp
The belt block is on the bottom and the holster block is on top. The only thing it might do is if both blocks have both their set screws totally loose or missing it would keep the shaft from falling out.
