My first Master classifier score

The Mississippi classic was my first major USPSA match, first time shooting in a field of more than two Revo shooters (14) and now this. That was a good weekend.

Edit: But wait, my score is only 85% of the stage winner. I just checked the classifier calculator which shows 69%. Whats up with that? Perhaps I boast without merit.

You prob. scored 85% of the stage winner at this match not 85% of the overall score for USPSA for this classifier. Going with the classifier calculator will be the correct score.

Classifier calculator more accurate than USPSA official percentages? I'm confused.

The percent you earned was the percent of stage winner not your percent for the classifier. Take your hit factor and enter it into the classifier calculator.

I.E

Say I shot a 10 HF on X classifier

You shot a 9 HF on X clasiffier you where 90% of me on that stage in that match

BUT

The 9 HF on the classifier only came out to be a 65% nationally for the classifier.
