tracecom
I would like to shoot my Ruger Service Six 9mm in SSR, but the groups are about 4" and about 3" left of POA at 20 yards. Any suggestions?
C Sims
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I beleive that .38special is the smallest caliber allowed in SSR which would make 9mm not legal. For your sake I hope I'm wrong, as far as the large groups, that will have to be anwsered by one of the experts.
GlocknSchpiel
Per LGB "Any revolver of 9mm/38 Special Caliber or Larger with a barrel length of.........4" ........are permitted..." You're good to go with the Ruger. Low Left sounds like trigger control, Milking the grip. Try dry-fire practice. The revo's require a different strategy with the trigger than the bottom-feeders. I say this because I don't know your qual's. It could be ammo, flinch, or many other possibilities, but without knowing more............. Take care, Glockn... the duck of death
You could hava a gunsmith move the barrel to the left to correct the POA.
