If a dude has his belt on and a pulse we can cut them out right away and I get back to bed sooner. If a governmental unit wants to spend money trying to save whats left of my organs, and its citizens voluntarily donate to the fund to pay the responders, then have at it. Otherwise I demand my right to be stupid if I so choose. Just because something is a good idea does not mean it should be a law. (bad aikidale. no politics on this board. let it go.)
