Super DeMooner

Anybody have trouble with the hinge pins bending on their super demooner? Mine has done less than 50 demoons and it's already fried. I'm thinking of putting oversize pins in it.

Yep, they fall out. A little thick superglue holds mine in.

Edit: I misread your post. My pins haven't bent, but they would fall out about once per moon. Mine are solid and I can't really see how they'd bend unless you're leaning on the demooner pretty good with the pins half way out?

What brass are you using. Most demoon fairly easy, but Top Brass (made by Federal I believe) must have a thicker web cause I usually can't get them to moon up a whole clip and if I do it's a real b!!!! to demoon.

I was using factory Blazer Brass ammo, I haven't rigged the 650 for .45 yet.

Well, upon closer examination, I figured out that the pins aren't bending, it's the inside part of the aluminum arms that push the case out of the clip. Doesn't change much, still screwed.
