outerlimits Posted October 23, 2007 Share Posted October 23, 2007 ok, after all these years, i discovered a diet for the remington 1100. over the past year, it's lost about 2.5 lbs. here's how: replaced old 22" deer barrel with 26" remchoke barrel (10 oz) replaced wood stock & forend with composite of the same (19 oz) replaced choate mag extension with nordic component mag tube (6 oz) damn thing feels like a benelli now...
