JoshF
Monday the Limited SS shot stage 11. Now keep in mind this was only a few hours since the downpours from that morning. Mike Seeklander was the first guy on the squad to shoot this and he did what it took to make the shots. The picture speaks for itself. JoshF
Shortly after, TGO was up and followed in Mike's footsteps so to speak. Rob_Leatham_11.wmv

Keith
The revolver shooters were busy bailing out as much water as they could with what they had.
Chuck D
You mean to tell me that they couldn't put down some wood chips, mulch or SOMETHING so the shooters didn't have to get soaked ?
Alan Meek
At a VA MD Section match that rained like hell they put down wood chips...... Wood floats
JoshF
You mean to tell me that they couldn't put down some wood chips, mulch or SOMETHING so the shooters didn't have to get soaked ? They DID put down wood chips. There was a constant flow of the stuff being brought around by ATVs with trailers. However when you mix woodchips and muddy muck... you still get muddy muck. On the whole video I have of Rob he wipes off the buildup of woodchips that were on him from dropping into prone. It could have been much MUCH worse. The staff did an amazing job of keeping the courses in useable condiditon!
Catfish
We lucked out. This was the last stage we shot today and it was pretty much dry. Considering the amount of rain the range recieved in the last week, I'm impressed!
