thunderstick
I am using Berry's double struck 125gr and I am getting some tumbling. what would cause that?
L9X25
The two most common are too tight of crimp (almost any crimp is too tight) and undersized projectiles. Do a search for tumbling and you should find plenty of information, as this has been discussed many times.
HSMITH
Some guns just will NOT shoot plated bullets no matter what you do, keep that in the back of your mind too. Otherwise, L9 is spot on.

I've had similar problems in the past. Mine seemed to be caused by too much taper crimp, coupled with a pretty light load.
Carlos
Too fast of a powder? What gun? What dia. bullet? What crimp?
thunderstick
it appears to be the crimp. I backed it off and they appear to not be tumbling. thanks for the help
