GentlemanJim
I needed 20ga tec loaders for my wife, so here is what I came up with The tubing is plastic conduit 3/4 sced 40...cost less than $3.00 per stick...apx .115 wall. I cut strips .550 wide and deburr cut to 11 inch long. The handle base is .780 in diam. cut a flat on the botton .130 deep....(clearance for spacer.) The spacer can be held in place with double sided tape....or a small screw in the bottom all the way to the rear.....but they work fine with no restraint at all. Here are pics of my little girls making all the cuts on my mill This works very well and is very easy to do Jim

LadyinBlue
Those girls will work in the shop, sort brass, run the milling machine, pull bullets, work on dune buggys, or anything else HE wants them to do. I can't even get them to pick up their dirty clothes. Thank you Sweetheart for getting my 20ga. 1100 up and running so I can shoot 3-gun. You can have my JP 1100 in 12 ga.
