Has anyone got the scoop on Kevin Toothman and the guns he builds out of the United States Shooting Acadamy in Tulsa. I would like to know who out there has one of his guns and how they like it. The 6" limited he built for Seeklander looks very nice.

Kevin is a very competent gunsmith and a great guy to deal with. I dont have one of his guns but I have handled a couple and they are very well made.

I shot one of the 1911 models last weekend. Very well built, very fast, and ran flawlessly. All of the dozen plus guns that I've handled built by Kevin have been very smooth, like running the slide on glass, and tight.

I have a 5 inch limited gun that runs perfectly. I have approximatly 17k rounds through this gun without 1 malfuncation. This is the best gun I have ever shot.

I got to shoot with Kevin at the 07 Open Nats in Missoula and what a helluva nice guy. His guns look great and I should mention not a single malf for the whole match.

I have one of his, the two tone limited on the bottom of the page. Runs perfect have about 3k rounds through it now. Pulled it out of the box and shot it the night I got it, ran flawless. Its super tight and feels like its running on glass. Even loaned it to a friend for a match to spoil him.
