steve223
I was shooting today when out of the blue i noticed how tense my face was as i was getting ready to draw that led me to notice how tense my stomach was,I focused on relaxing my face and stomach and had some of my fastest draws and first shots ever .80 to .85. Usually they are around the mid to high .90s. Im happy as hell. (-: Steve
Steve Anderson
Cool, isn't it? I passed that sign about a month ago during dry fire. I was trying to be aggressive and got tense instead. Now I go for a relaxed body and an agressive attitude. SA

Steve Anderson
Burkett's tapes say if you can't wiggle your toes, you're too tense. SA
shred
I saw something similar a few days ago.. I was working on draws at about 7 yards and could occasionally get them under 1.0, but most were in the 1.2 range. Then I decided to try a totally relaxed (almost careless) draw, which felt super-slow.. and was a 1.3. Hmm.. There's a lot I'm doing and not seeing.
