It was on the warm side ( the weather and load that is). 185 precisions with 4.6 Grs of VV 320- 10 shot average was 964 FPS - 178 PF. 1.200 OAL. What OAL? 4.3 TG with a Zero 180gr JHP out of a G24 with stock barrel runs 170, or so, for me....That's about .2 less than the G35. I have not yet chrono'd MasterBlaster's out of that gun, but I loaded a few up with the same charge (4.3) and thought -- "wow, that's a tad brisk," when I shot 'em. nipplehead Posted March 29, 2007 Share Posted March 29, 2007 4.2 grains of TG with a 180 grain Zero JHP makes major with my 6inch .40. The down side of TG is it burns hot.
