dsb45acp Posted January 14, 2007 Share Posted January 14, 2007 Hey Dusty, Are you looking for a range to practice or a club for matches? The closest range is the OPSO range in West Monroe. There aren't any clubs that shoot USPSA nearby, but the Winnsboro Gun Club runs a local non-sanctioned match about once a month. The closest USPSA match is Magnolia Practical Shooters in Jackson, Ms... first Sunday of each month, hammer down at 9 AM. There used to be a USPSA club at Clark's range in Shreveport/Bossier City, but they just shoot IDPA and steel now. PM me if you need more info, direction, etc. I have thought about trying to start a local club, but can't seem to find that many people who are intrested in competition and I'm having trouble finding a range that would allow USPSA style matches and has more the one bay to shoot them in.
