galt11
I have found some brass that I am not 100% sure of and hope someone could clarify it for me. the first set say "AP 02" or just "AP" on the top of the headstamp and either "38 Super" or "38 Super RL" on the bottom. I believe the "38 Super" are just what they say, supers. The "38 Super RL" would then be the same as #* super comp. Can anyone confirm this? I think this is armscor brass. The second ones I found are marked " MCM 38 Sup. +PR" Are these super comps or just rimmed +P supers? I did the feel test on both but would trust someone else's knowledge more than my fingers on this. Thanks. Adam

shred
Some old Armscor 02 brass was actually rimless, but marked exactly like the rimmed brass. Take a fired .40 case and see if the head of the suspect brass fits in it. If so, it's rimless. The MCM stuff is old-school. I don't think that's been made in 10+ years. It is rimless.
