EricW
How in the heck do I turn off anti-aliasing on TrueType fonts these days? My hard drive was about to croak and I finally got a new one built to replace it. I just about have all my software replaced, but the one thing that's driving me nuts is that all my fonts in Word and WordPerfect have that crappy, fuzzy anti-aliasing and there seems to be no way to get rid of it. It's not a application issue, it seems to be a system setting issue. Any ideas? Thanks!
Mapzter
I think its hidden under Control Panel>>Display Properties>>Appearance>>Effects, and is called ClearType today..

EricW
Thanks. I got to work and realized that I was only selecting between modes of anti-aliasing but not turning it entirely off. I can't wait until I get to sleep more than 4 hours a night again.
