Thx for any insight What IS a new bold target? Its a shoot thur type. I don't have a range near me and only enuff room for a small range. Also don't want flyers......so the idea of these targets sounds good to me. newboldtargets.com
AlamoShooter
Yes they work fine, if you have a setup that lets them hing freely. I did a set up that went in a trailer for Winchester and it was shot with rimfire guns. The trailer has steel floor walls and back stop. Any way if you hit it many times in the same spot it will stope working / or hit it several times fsat near the same spot.= it gets hot when the bullet passes . They had a sheet of the stuff , not true New Bold . this stuff could be cut with a jig saw. the New Bold tested acted the same way. But ! the targets were small no bigger than 4" and smaller. I like steel better - but for most people the new bold would be fine Jamie
VeryBadshot
Thx for the input. I like steel too....just the folks that live around me don't. And I don't want to be the one giving shooting a bad name where I live:)
Flexmoney
Try the search function. There may be an old thread or two that talks of the Newbold targets some.
