Sounds interesting. Where are the rules published?

Hank, the rules are pretty simple: pick a category and sign up in your classification. At each stage you'll find a folder with your squad laid out in a man-on-man tree. You all do your own RO-ing, etc. Fastest shooter to knock down his/her plates without fault, advances. Loser sits down. Continue until there is one shooter left standing. Go to next stage and repeat.

At the end, the one with the most win points is the category winner, and goes head-to-head with the other category winners.

The only way you can shoot more is by not aiming.
