outerlimits
have a need to rotate the orientation of my optics to get the windage knob out of the way. in doing so, the windage know will now be on top, and the elevation know on the left side. i'm trying to figure out what that means in terms of the adjustments. way i see it is if the elevation knob was clockwise to go up, it's now clockwise to go right. the windage knob was clockwise to go left, so it's now clockwise to go down. this whole deal gives me a headache, but anyone else done this before? hate to waste a bunch of ammo figuring it out at the range. Matt Cheely
With a rotation to the left (when viewing scope from behind) The old "Up" will be left, "down" is now right. And the old "right" will be up, and "left" will be down. How's that for confusing! I've not done it before, but know people that have.
MyBoyElroy
This of course assumes you have an American-style reticle and not one of those 3-part European things. Otherwise you're going to be pointing left...
