SJ
I have a potential deal on a good condition FL 2000 tumbler for significantly cheaper than a new CV2001, is it pretty much the same thing?
dillon
The Fl-2000 was the predecessor to the CV-2001. Same bowl capacity, but be aware that this model was discontinued in 1992, no parts are available to repair it. The motor manufacturing plant was closed, no motors are available. How about the FL2000B? Are parts available for them? Ted
dillon
Yes. The lower end is different from the current CV2001, but will fit. It would have to be sent in for a motor changeout.
