Middle Man Posted May 10 Share Posted May 10 Vista spun off ammo related brands into Kinetic, which is pending regulatory approval and closing of sale to CSG. Non ammo brands in the Outdoor Products business are undergoing significant changes of go to market strategy. Most of those products are imported. Plus, rumor is the CEO running the Outdoor Products biz isn’t really into guns or hunting. All the brands ATK acquired in the early 2000’s are now being sold off.
