Makicjf
I'm thinking about taking the worn in, well polished, well mated internals from my 5 inch 627 we with the busted trigger stud(everything except the frame) and dropping them in my new 4 inch bbl frame. I could then take my time polishing parts while I find someone to repair the 5 inch trigger pin. Is there a reason this shouldn't work? Bill Sahlberg
Parts will not just drop in as you think. Be prepared to re-modify and re-smith many...
Makicjf
Worked well. The new TK cylinder stop improved lock up, too. The other stop was worn at about a 30 degree angle. Hopefully I can get it zeroed tomorrow. Thanks for the advice, Jason
